Accepted Payment Methods

Ministylespace accepts the following payment methods:

  • Shop Pay

The payment methods available for an order are displayed during checkout. Digital wallet options depend on the customer’s device, browser, and account eligibility.

Currency

All product prices, taxes, discounts, and order totals are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment Authorization

Payment is submitted securely during checkout. The billing information entered during checkout needs to match the information associated with the selected payment method.

An order is confirmed after the payment provider authorizes the transaction. If payment authorization is declined, please verify the billing information or use another available payment method.

Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and the selected payment provider using encrypted checkout technology.

Ministylespace does not directly collect or store complete credit or debit card numbers. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor according to its security and privacy practices.

Order Charges

The complete order total is shown before the order is submitted, including:

  • Product prices

  • Applicable discounts

  • Applicable sales tax

  • Shipping charges, if any

Ministylespace provides free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

We do not add undisclosed product or shipping charges after an order has been placed.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable tax requirements. The amount of tax charged is displayed before payment is submitted.

Payment Verification

To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, an order may be reviewed when the payment or order information appears incomplete, inconsistent, or unauthorized.

We may contact the customer using the email address or telephone number provided with the order to verify the transaction. An order that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not be confirmed.

Please check that:

  • The card number and expiration date are correct.

  • The billing address matches the payment account.

  • Sufficient funds or credit are available.

  • The payment provider has authorized the transaction.

For additional assistance with a declined payment, please contact the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund eligibility, return requirements, and refund timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

After a refund is issued, the time required for it to appear in the customer’s account can also depend on the bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment by contacting customer support.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer can receive the package and follow the return process described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is an error with your payment, please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We will review the order and payment information and respond within one business day.
